The Bake Box Breakdown

1. What is NOCO Bake Box and how does it work?
A fully automated hot-food vending experience that stores items refrigerated and cooks them hot and crisp in 1–2 minutes using infrared + microwave technology.

2. Are the items pre-cooked?
Yes. Items are prepared in a licensed kitchen, stored safely, transported cold and baked when ordered.

3. Is the food safe? What happens if something expires?
Yes. Machines are inspected and licensed by the County Health Department and strict standards are followed to ensure proper handling of all food. The system automatically prevents expired items from being sold by tracking the item’s “best by” date the machine can read using the barcode on the box.

4. How is food stored?
All items are stored frozen until loaded into the machine where items thaw to a refrigerated temperature before the machine can sell and serve the product. This ensure products are cooked thoroughly and baked to proper temperature.

5. What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and tap-to-pay.

6. Are there extra fees or tips?
No tipping. No fees. We’ve even included tax in the pricing to keep total costs transparent. We say $5, you pay $5.

7. What kind of food do you serve?
We strive to get a variety of food into our machines to provide a diverse range of options. Our big sellers are pizza, chicken nuggets, tater tots, cookies, but we always have rotating seasonal items and we’re very open to requests. Send us feedback by following THIS link.

8. Do you offer healthy options?
Yes — salads, wraps, and lighter options are served depending on location and demand.

9. Do you have allergen and nutrition information available?
Yes — all ingredients, allergen info and nutritional facts are available for display on the screen before purchase.

10. What if the machine takes my money but doesn’t dispense what I ordered?
Contact info is displayed on the machine and refunds are issued promptly. Or follow THIS link to get in touch with us so we can make it right!

11. Who owns and operates the machine and who handles inspections and licensing?
NOCO Bake Box is locally owned and operated by Nate’s Vending located Northern Colorado. Nate’s Vending also holds the licensing and insurance for these machines.

12. Can I request a new location for a NOCO Bake Box?
Yes! All we need is floor space + access to a 220v outlet (installed at our expense) and with enough foot traffic and need, we’d love to help you get value-added convenience for your staff and/or customers at no expense to you or your business.
